Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other platforms
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing roles
- Screen resumes based on role requirements
Screening & Coordination
- Conduct initial HR screening calls
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates & hiring managers
- Ensure smooth interview experience and timely follow-ups
Hiring Process Management
- Maintain candidate trackers and hiring dashboards
- Support in drafting JDs and posting jobs
- Collect interview feedback and ensure closure within timelines
- Assist in offer rollouts and documentation
What We’re Looking For
- Graduate / pursuing MBA (HR preferred)
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets
- Proactive and eager to learn
- Ability to handle multiple roles at the same time
