Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to manage multiple license and contract compliance engagements. The role requires strong ownership of timelines and milestones, effective coordination with multiple teams and external partners, and a commitment to high standards of service delivery, accuracy, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
• Own and manage multiple license and contract compliance engagements end to end.
- Plan, track, and manage project timelines and milestone achievements.
- Ensure timelines are realistic and milestone completion aligns with invoicing requirements.
- Follow defined escalation paths proactively when risks, delays, or issues arise.
- Coordinate with Professional Services Firms to follow up on missing, incomplete, or inaccurate data and escalate when required.
- Ensure documentation for each verification is completed accurately and meets defined quality and compliance standards.
- Create, maintain, and distribute meeting minutes, project reports, and status updates.
- Continuously update multiple engagement opportunities and project statuses in the relevant tools.
- Ensure adherence to all applicable internal policies, processes, and compliance requirements.
Desired Skill Set & Competencies
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a Project Management role.
- Strong understanding and experience in Service Delivery environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong comprehension abilities.
- Ability to communicate and coordinate effectively with multiple internal and external teams.
- Strong analytical skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to think critically, assess risks, and make quick, informed decisions.
- Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple engagements simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills with a structured and detail-oriented approach to problem solving.
