Responsibilities
• Governance and Communication, Infosys Program management framework and methodology, Large Deal Program Management process, Large Deal Transition process, Legal and Contractual compliance, Organization Change Management, Program Performance Management, Program scientific estimation, Program value delivery, Risk Management, Stakeholder Management, Experience in understanding all aspects of the RFP / RFI including solution requirements, deal parameters, and commercials. • Experience in multiple engagement and pricing models – FP, T&M, Unit pricing, Gain sharing, Risk / Reward / Outcome based pricing. • Good knowledge of market benchmarks – effort estimation, productivity / continuous improvements, SLA’s, pricing. • Experience in working with Third Party Advisory (TPA) firms. • Should have experience in both sales and delivery functions. • Experience / ability to manage internal stake holders (CXO’s, SOH’s, DAG, et al.) throughout the bid process. • Experience in engaging with the client / TPA during – Yellow Pads / Q&A sessions, Orals, Client visits. • A self-starter having the ability to work with little or no guidance
