Job Description
We are looking for an HR Executive to support our Talent Acquisition team in managing end-to-end recruitment activities. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong interest in recruitment and people operations, who thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports
- Post job openings and support employer branding initiatives
- Follow up with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience
Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- 0–1 years of experience in HR or Talent Acquisition (internship experience can be considered)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of recruitment and HR processes
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
