About the internship

Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Support sales and marketing efforts by working directly with the leadership team to help grow the B2B customer base in India and international markets.
2. Send structured outreach emails to existing customer databases using provided templates and guidance.
3. Maintain consistent outreach cadence and follow up on responses professionally.
4. Assist in drafting and improving email communication over time.
5. Track and log all lead interactions in CRM systems or tracking sheets on a daily basis.
6. Maintain updated pipelines of prospects, follow-up statuses, and conversation history.
7. Identify hot leads and escalate them promptly to the senior team.
8. Proactively learn the product portfolio, including B-Lit Bacopa and BeepActive, through internal resources and team sessions.
9. Develop a working understanding of BEAT Technology and product positioning within the supplement and nutraceutical industry.
10. Communicate basic product benefits clearly through written and verbal communication.
11. Engage directly with customers under team supervision to answer queries, share product information, and support the sales process.
12. Assist in converting inbound and outbound leads into qualified prospects.
13. Coordinate with the senior team to ensure smooth handovers for lead closures.
14. Create and publish LinkedIn posts for the company page under team guidance.
15. Assist in drafting content ideas, captions, and post copy aligned with brand tone.
16. Track social media engagement metrics including likes, comments, and reach, and report findings to the team.
17. Prepare weekly summaries of outreach activities, lead statuses, and follow-ups.
18. Coordinate internally with sales and operations teams as required.
