About the Role:

As a GCC Sales Specialist, you will engage with parents and learners across GCC countries, guide them through educational programs, and drive meaningful sales conversations that lead to successful enrollments.

This is a consultative, target-driven international sales role where communication skills, ownership, and execution are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle inbound and outbound sales conversations with customers across GCC countries
2. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable learning programs
3. Drive conversions through consultative selling and relationship building
4. Manage follow-ups and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
5. Use CRM tools for tracking leads and performance management
6. Consistently achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Who We’re Looking For:

1. 0–2 years of experience in Sales, International Sales, or Inside Sales

2. GCC market exposure preferred

3. Prior EdTech experience is an added advantage

4. Excellent English communication skills

5. Malayalam speaking is mandatory

6. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities

7. Energetic, target-driven, and performance-oriented mindset

8. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Salary
 

Duration: 2 months
Salary during probation: ₹20,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 8,00,000 – 10,50,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 4,00,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 4,00,000 /year
