About the job
Key responsibilities:
1. Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and follow-ups
2. Provide software demonstrations and explain product functionalities to clients
3. Assist clients in understanding software usage and navigation
4. Maintain professional communication through calls, emails, and virtual meetings
5. Ensure timely closure and tracking of assigned support tickets
6. Work collaboratively with team members across different software modules
7. Maintain proper records of client interactions and resolutions
8. Handle client queries, issues, and support tickets efficiently
