About the work from home job/internship
1. Handle end-to-end customer support for SMM panel services via chat, WhatsApp, and email.
2. Manage order-related operations, including placement issues, delays, refills, cancellations, and follow-ups.
3. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and service issues.
4. Add new services, update existing service types, pricing, descriptions, and availability as instructed.
5. Perform basic website-related activities such as service activation/deactivation, content updates, and checks.
6. Create, update, and follow chat flows, canned responses, and support templates.
7. Execute new tasks, ideas, and operational changes assigned by management from time to time.
8. Maintain accurate records, reports, and daily work updates.
9. Ensure data confidentiality, quality control, and professional communication standards.
10. Assist in marketing and customer retention activities, including follow-ups and feedback handling.

5. Basic knowledge of web design or web development & CRM tools
6. Ability to assist in marketing activities and promotional message creation
7. Experience or interest in chat flow creation for customer support
8. Willing to support day-to-day business activities beyond assigned tasks
Perks
On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of ₹ 200000 to 250000/year
