About the job
What you’ll be selling: Fyule School Story (FSS) FSS is Fyule’s digital content and branding vertical for schools across India. We help schools manage their social media, build their brand, and drive admissions through content- with additional services including performance marketing and SEO. Fyule Video Lab (FVL) FVL is a curriculum-integrated video production programme for schools. Students create videos as part of their regular learning- building communication, creativity, and digital skills. Schools pay an annual per-student fee. FVL currently runs across 72 schools in Tamil Nadu, serving close to 30,000 students, and is actively expanding.
The role: You will be responsible for driving new school acquisitions in your assigned city across both FSS and FVL- visiting schools, meeting principals and management teams, pitching our offerings, and converting prospects into clients. This is a pure field sales role with targets attached. You will report to the Zonal head- Tamil Nadu.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Build and manage a pipeline of prospective schools in your city through cold visits, referrals, and network outreach
2. Schedule and conduct meetings with school principals, directors, and management committees
3. Present and pitch both FSS and FVL offerings- understanding which product fits which school and when
4. Follow up persistently and move prospects through the sales funnel to closure
5. Coordinate with the client servicing and implementation teams post-closure for smooth onboarding
6. Maintain accurate records of all outreach, meetings, and pipeline status
7. Meet monthly and quarterly acquisition targets across both verticals
Note:
1. Role type: Field sales (travel required within the assigned city and surrounding areas)
2. Reporting to: Zonal Head- Tamil Nadu
3. CTC: Rs 3-6 LPA depending on experience
4. Notice period: Maximum 30 days preferred

Other requirements
1. 6 months to 1 year of work experience in sales, business development, or a related field
2. Prior experience in school sales, edtech, or education sector sales is an advantage
3. Fluency in Tamil is essential; working knowledge of English required
4. Confident, self-driven, and comfortable with high-volume field activity
5. Young, enthusiastic, and goal-oriented- someone who enjoys being on the ground and building relationships
6. Based in the assigned city (Chennai/Madurai/Coimbatore)
7. Fresher from any background with a strong inclination for B2B sales
8. Candidates must have their own laptop and bike for travel within the city
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,05,000 – 7,20,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed pay: ₹ 3,00,000 /year
2. Variable pay: ₹ 5,000 /year
