About the job
1. Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth functioning
2. Maintain and organise physical and digital records, files, registers, and official documents
2. Draft, format, and dispatch official letters, notices, reports, and internal circulars
3. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence via email, post, and courier
4. Maintain attendance registers, leave records, and staff-related documentation
5. Support project teams in documentation and data entry
6. Record daily financial transactions accurately in accounting registers or software
7. Manage petty cash, maintain the petty cash register
8. Assist in the preparation of financial summaries
9. Ensure timely filing and documentation of bills, invoices, and financial records
Skill(s) required
Other requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in commerce (BCom) or arts (BA) or equivalent
2. Language proficiency
3. English, Hindi/Gujarati (preferred)
4. Computer literacy
5. Mandatory – MS Office, email, internet
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed pay: ₹ 1,00,000 /year
2. Variable pay: ₹ 1,00,000 /year
