About the job

We are looking for a highly skilled Backend Engineer with strong expertise in Golang to build scalable, high-performance systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing APIs, working with distributed systems, and building reliable backend infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Golang
2. Build and manage microservices and event-driven architectures
3. Write clean, secure, and maintainable code following best practices
4. Implement concurrency patterns in Go for high-performance systems
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (frontend, product, DevOps)
6. Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and system design decisions
7. Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability
8. Implement logging, tracing, and observability for production systems

Who can apply

Only those candidates can apply who:

1. have minimum 1 years of experience

Other requirements

1. 0–2 years of hands-on experience with Golang

2. Strong understanding of Go concurrency (goroutines, channels), context handling, and tracing & observability concepts

3. Experience in building RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and event-driven systems

4. Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL or similar relational databases

5. Familiarity with DNS and networking fundamentals

6. Hands-on experience with AWS services (S3, EC2, Lambda, API Gateway, Load Balancer, Route 53)

7. Experience with Docker for containerization

8. Ability to write unit tests and end-to-end tests

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 6,00,000 – 8,00,000 /year
