About the internship

Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Connect with potential buyers and understand their property requirements in detail
2. Guide customers honestly through the complete home-buying journey
3. Handle the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
4. Follow up with interested leads through calls, messages, and meetings
5. Match buyers with the most suitable real estate options based on their needs
6. Educate customers about projects, pricing, locations, and investment opportunities
7. Schedule and coordinate site visits for prospective buyers
8. Maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the decision-making process
9. Keep leads engaged and informed at every stage of the funnel
10. Achieve sales and conversion targets through consultative selling
11. Maintain accurate client records and follow-up updates
12. Build trust with clients by providing transparent and customer-focused guidance

Growth path: This is a contract-to-hire role. After three months, top performers will be offered a full-time position at Lakush with a significantly different compensation structure. If your college schedule requires a longer internship period, we are open to that, too, as long as both parties are aligned and you are delivering. And the biggest perk is you get to work closely with and learn from a serial founder who’s created multiple success stories.

Other requirements

1. You must have a laptop, an active internet connection and a two-wheeler (These are non-negotiable)

2. More importantly, you must genuinely love talking to people, educating them and wanting them to win

3. You must love real estate- This world is complex and at times dirty, only someone who is passionate about creating something meaningful in it will thrive here

4. This role is for you if: You are hungry, curious, people-first and want to be part of building something that actually matters

5. This role is not for you if: You are looking for a comfortable fixed salary job with no ownership

Additional information
Stipend Structure:
Fixed pay: ₹ 8,000 – 10,000 /month
Incentive pay: ₹ 5,000 – 25,000 /month

Salary:
1. Part-time- Rs 8,000 to Rs 10,000 rupees per month
2. Full-time- Up to Rs 15,000 rupees per month
3. Travel expenses reimbursed separately
4. Incentives for every deal closed
