About the job
1. Work on-site/project basis for Shivani Living.
2. Handle leads generated through Facebook and Instagram advertisements.
3. Contact interested leads through calls and WhatsApp communication.
4. Explain PG facilities, pricing, location details, and available offers to prospects.
5. Follow up regularly with interested working professionals and students.
6. Schedule PG visits and coordinate property walkthroughs for prospects.
7. Ensure prospects visit the assigned PG property.
8. Coordinate with Area Managers regarding lead updates and occupancy status.
9. Coordinate with Property Managers for room availability and tenant onboarding processes.
10. Convert leads into confirmed PG bookings.
11. Maintain daily lead tracking and follow-up records accurately.
12. Ensure a smooth onboarding process for tenants after booking confirmation.
13. Support tenants during move-in coordination and initial stay assistance.
14. Handle basic customer queries related to stay, facilities, and company policies.
15. Update management regarding booking status and occupancy progress regularly.
16. Ensure proper coordination between the marketing team and property team.
17. Achieve assigned monthly booking and occupancy targets.
18. Maintain professional communication with prospects and tenants at all times.
19. Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the onboarding process.
20. Report operational issues or challenges to the management team promptly.
Skill(s) required
Other requirements
1. Candidates with prior sales experience will be preferred. However, applicants without direct sales experience may also be considered if they demonstrate strong communication and learning abilities.
2. Candidates should be available for immediate joining.
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,74,000 – 3,30,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed pay: ₹ 2,04,000 /year
2. Variable pay: ₹ 70,000 /year
