We are looking for a confident, warm, and engaging Conversation Specialist who can connect with users and make every interaction feel natural, comfortable, and genuinely enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Initiate and lead engaging 1:1 conversations with users on the FRND app.
2. Keep interactions lively, positive, and meaningful across a variety of everyday topics.
3. Make users feel welcomed, heard, and comfortable from the very first minute.
4. Conduct sessions via secure audio/video sessions within the app.
5. Maintain a friendly, consistent presence that users look forward to returning to.

Annual CTC: ₹ 4,00,000 – 5,00,000 /year
