About the job
A. Customer Interaction & Support
1. Handle customer queries through WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, and calls.
2. Guide customers on product selection, styling, and product usage.
3. Ensure prompt, polite, and premium-quality customer responses.
B. Order Coordination
1. Call customers to confirm orders and minimize cancellations.
2. Coordinate urgent and same-day deliveries for Mumbai orders.
3. Manage hold orders and priority order processing.
C. Issue Resolution
1. Handle returns and replacement requests.
2. Resolve issues related to damaged or defective products.
3. Manage order modification requests and provide timely resolutions.
D. Backend Support
1. Create and manage return and exchange requests.
2. Track offline payments and payment confirmations.
3. Assist with order tracking and status updates.
E. Cross-Team Learning
1. Understand warehouse, operations, and marketplace processes.
2. Gain exposure to e-commerce workflows, including Shopify and logistics operations.

1. Strong communication skills (English + Hindi).
