About the internship

Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Write entertainment news articles, film features, reviews, explainers, and box office reports
2. Research film industry trends, awards, streaming platforms, and global cinema updates
3. Cover Hollywood, Bollywood, South Indian cinema, and international films
4. Work on Google Discover-friendly entertainment content
5. Coordinate with the editorial team for daily publishing tasks
6. Maintain accuracy, originality, and editorial quality in articles
7. Assist in SEO-focused content writing and headline creation

Who can apply

Only those candidates can apply who:

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

2. can start the internship between 25th May’26 and 29th Jun’26

5. have relevant skills and interests

Other requirements

1. Strong passion for films, cinema culture, and entertainment journalism

2. Good understanding of filmmakers, actors, film festivals, awards, and box office trends

3. Excellent English writing and research skills

4. Basic understanding of SEO and digital publishing is a plus

5. Ability to work with deadlines and fast-paced news cycles

6. Journalism, Mass Communication, Literature, or Film Studies students preferred (not mandatory)

7. Candidates actively following global cinema and entertainment news

8. Applicants with prior writing samples, blogs, Letterboxd reviews, or published articles

9. Film enthusiasts who understand cinematic storytelling and industry analysis
