HR Executive Intern

Job Description

We are looking for an HR Executive to support our Talent Acquisition team in managing end-to-end recruitment activities. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong interest in recruitment and people operations, who thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

    • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
    • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
    • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
    • Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports
    • Post job openings and support employer branding initiatives
    • Follow up with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience

Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
    • 0–1 years of experience in HR or Talent Acquisition (internship experience can be considered)
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Good understanding of recruitment and HR processes
    • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
    • Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
