About the job
A. India HR Operations
Manage the full hiring process in India (sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding).
Serve as the main contact for all India-based employees for any queries or HR matters.
Handle employee documentation, attendance, and exit processes.
B. Global HR & Compliance Support
Assist with USA hiring compliance and onboarding paperwork.
Ensure all candidate forms and documents for the US workforce are accurate.
C. Employee Relations
Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts for both India and USA teams.
Maintain a professional and structured work environment.
D. Policies & Reporting
Ensure the company follows labor laws and internal policies.
Maintain accurate HR records, hiring trackers, and reports for management.
E. Performance & Engagement
Support employee appraisals and feedback cycles.
Organize activities to keep the team engaged and productive.
Skill(s) required
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,40,000 – 4,85,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed pay: ₹ 1,80,000 /year
2. Variable pay: ₹ 60,000 /year
