Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing

  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other platforms
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing roles
  • Screen resumes based on role requirements

Screening & Coordination

  • Conduct initial HR screening calls
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates & hiring managers
  • Ensure smooth interview experience and timely follow-ups

Hiring Process Management

  • Maintain candidate trackers and hiring dashboards
  • Support in drafting JDs and posting jobs
  • Collect interview feedback and ensure closure within timelines
  • Assist in offer rollouts and documentation

What We’re Looking For

  • Graduate / pursuing MBA (HR preferred)
  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets
  • Proactive and eager to learn
  • Ability to handle multiple roles at the same time
