About the job
1. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
2. Understand customer concerns, provide accurate information, and resolve queries efficiently
3. Maintain high standards of quality, productivity, and compliance during interactions
4. Accurately update customer details and interaction records in the system
5. Ensure a positive customer experience by delivering timely and effective solutions
Compensation & benefits:
1. Freshers: Rs 24,000 (In-hand)
2. Experienced candidates- Up to Rs 35,000 (In-hand) + incentives
3. Rotational shifts and weekly offs

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,02,000 – 4,60,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed pay: ₹ 3,00,000 /year
2. Variable pay: ₹ 2,000 /year
