Responsibilities
• Operate and maintain 3D printing and maker lab equipment; ensure safety, SOPs, and uptime • Support rapid prototyping including CAD readiness, slicing, printing, and post-processing • Advise on design-for-additive manufacturing, materials, and feasibility • Deliver client demos, walkthroughs, and hands-on prototyping sessions • Facilitate workshops, design sprints, and innovation challenges • Support pre-sales and innovation engagements through PoCs and tangible showcases • Enable internal maker communities, events, and capability-building programs

Client & Engagement Skills • Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences • Experience in client-facing demos, workshops, or experiential sessions
Technical and Professional Requirements:
• Drive hands on maker experiences by enabling rapid prototyping, experimentation, and creative use of hardware, software, and emerging technologies. • Design and deliver engaging innovation programs, workshops, hackathons, and maker journeys that inspire learning, collaboration, and problem solving. • Partner with clients and stakeholders to translate business challenges into maker led solutions, facilitating co creation and connecting prototypes to business value. • Evangelize maker culture through storytelling, demos, showcases, and community building to strengthen engagement across internal teams and external ecosystems. Technical Knowledge • Hands-on experience in 3D printing and rapid prototyping • Proficiency in CAD tools (Fusion 360, SolidWorks, or equivalent) • Understanding of materials, tolerances, and basic mechanical design • Experience working in a maker space or innovation lab environment
