About the internship
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Serve as the first point of contact for potential clients through inbound and outbound calling.
2. Make outbound calls to old leads, website inquiries, Instagram leads, and marketing databases.
3. Handle inbound calls and client inquiries professionally.
4. Ask structured qualification questions to understand project scope, budget range, timelines, and decision-making authority.
5. Qualify or disqualify leads based on internal criteria.
6. Book meetings for senior designers and sales leadership.
7. Maintain accurate call notes and lead status in CRM systems.
8. Follow up persistently and professionally to move prospects through the funnel.
9. Distinguish genuine client intent from casual inquiries to support high-quality sales conversions.

Other requirements
1. Final-year students or fresh graduates from BBA, BBM, MBA (sales & marketing), interior design, architecture (client-facing interest), commerce, business, or mass communication.
2. Clear verbal communication skills with the ability to think on the spot.
3. Discipline in follow-ups and lead management.
4. Comfort with both cold and warm calling.
5. Willingness to discuss budgets and sales-related conversations.
6. Basic working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
7. Strong intent to convert the internship into a full-time role.
8. Willingness to work full-time from the office in Bangalore.
9. Preference for candidates aiming for long-term careers in sales, client servicing, or business development.
Perks
On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of ₹ 240000 to 300000/year
A. This role is not suitable for candidates who:
1. Are uncomfortable with outbound calling.
2. Prefer passive or observation-only internships.
3. Avoid sales conversations or budget discussions.
4. Require constant scripting or hand-holding.
B. Working days & timings:
1. Monday to Saturday.
2. 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM.
