About the Role:
We build humanoid robots and you’ll help operate them.
Using a VR headset and motion-capture suit, you’ll control robots in real time to perform industrial tasks and generate training data that helps improve robotic intelligence and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operate humanoid robots using VR and motion-capture systems.
2. Perform industrial and operational tasks through robotic teleoperation.
3. Generate accurate training data to improve robot learning and performance.
4. Maintain precision, consistency, and coordination during repetitive tasks.
5. Provide operational feedback and observations to the robotics team.
6. Coordinate with technical teams during testing and task execution.
7. Follow operational and safety guidelines during robot handling.
Hiring Process:
1. Online aptitude test
2. On-site practical assessment
3. Paid half-day trial in the lab
Work Mode: On-site at HSR Layout, Bangalore
Shift: Two-shift operation
Immediate joiners preferred
Candidates with prior teleoperation experience may receive higher compensation.

Other requirements
Preferred Candidate Profile:
1. Experience as a drone/FPV pilot, CNC operator, competitive gamer, or robotics graduate is preferred.
2. Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
3. Ability to stay focused and consistent during long operational hours.
4. Comfortable standing and working for extended durations.
5. Good communication skills and ability to provide clear feedback.
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,50,000 – 4,50,000 /year
