About the job
1. Acquiring new leads, identifying potential customers, and closing sales.
2. Facilitate students in locating affordable yet convenient and secure rooms in our extensive selection of listed properties and keep in continuous correspondence with the students.
3. Ensure a comprehensive sales process to attain maximum customer conversion rate.
4. Maintain all modes of communication with the customer to provide a smooth and hassle-free journey to ascertain a perfect match for their requirements.
5. Address any queries raised by students with a prompt and consummate response.
6. Communicate with property managers within the UK, US and Australia, augmenting our company services and achievements.

4. Strong influencing skills and the ability to effectively negotiate with the concerned parties’ representatives.
5. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,60,000 – 3,96,000 /year
