Technical / Team Lead Full Stack (8 10 Years Experience)Role Overview. We are looking for a seasoned Full Stack Technical Lead with 8 10 years of experience to drive architecture, lead engineering teams, and deliver scalable, high-performance systems. This role demands strong technical depth, leadership, and strategic thinking.
Key Responsibilities
Define and drive architecture for full stack applications (backend + frontend)Lead design and development of scalable microservices using Python. Oversee frontend architecture using React.js or Vue.js Establish API design standards, governance, and security best practices Drive adoption of Gen AI tools to improve engineering productivity Lead code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor team members Design containerized and cloud-native deployments using Docker and Kubernetes Collaborate with DevOps for CI/CD pipeline design and optimization Ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance Engage with stakeholders for technical planning and delivery
Required Skills
Expert-level proficiency in Python (Fast API/Django/Flask)Strong experience in React.js or Vue.js architecture Deep understanding of microservices, distributed systems, and API gateways Extensive experience with GitHub workflows and CI/CD integration Strong hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes Experience with system design, scalability, and performance tuning Strong understanding of database architecture (SQL & NoSQL)Good to Have Experience with observability platforms (APM, logging, tracing)Exposure to event-driven architecture (Kafka, streaming systems)Experience in multi-tenant and cloud-native architectures Knowledge of security best practices (OAuth2, JWT, API security)Leadership Expectations Lead and mentor a team of developers Drive technical decision-making and best practices Manage delivery timelines and technical risks Act as a bridge between business and engineering
