We are looking for a Social Media Strategy Intern who is passionate about storytelling, content strategy, and audience engagement. This role goes beyond just posting content you will actively contribute to shaping narratives, analyzing performance, and refining our social media approach based on insights.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Strategy & Storytelling

● Assist in building and evolving the brand’s social media narrative across platforms

● Collaborate with creative teams to develop cohesive content themes and storylines

● Ensure consistency in tone, voice, and messaging across all content

2. Performance Tracking & Insights

● Monitor and track engagement metrics (likes, shares, comments, reach, etc.)

● Analyze content performance to identify what works and what doesn’t

● Share actionable insights and recommendations to improve engagement

3. Content Planning & Execution Support

● Support in planning social media calendars aligned with campaigns and brand goals

● Work closely with designers and content creators to execute planned ideas

● Stay updated on social media trends and suggest relevant content opportunities

4. Experimentation & Optimization

● Identify gaps in current content strategy and propose new ideas

● Test different formats, storytelling styles, and content approaches

● Continuously optimize content based on data and audience behaviour

What We’re Looking For

● Strong interest in social media, content strategy, and digital storytelling

● Basic understanding of platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube

● Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret engagement data

● Good communication and collaboration skills

● Creative thinking with attention to detail
