The Content Mafia is a creator-led media and marketing company focused on building distribution and turning creators into scalable businesses. We work closely with creators like Sharan Hegde, Aly Hajiani, Rohit Iyer, and Pushti Khatri, and partner with leading finance and fintech brands to execute influencer marketing campaigns and branded collaborations.
Role Overview
We’re looking for a Talent Management Intern who is excited about the creator economy and wants hands-on experience working with creators and brands. You’ll assist in managing creators, supporting brand collaborations, and helping drive campaign execution.
What You’ll Do
- Assist in identifying and onboarding new creators aligned with our ecosystem
- Support day-to-day communication with creators
- Coordinate with the brand partnerships team for ongoing campaigns
- Help identify potential brand collaboration opportunities
- Assist in campaign execution between brands, creators, and internal teams
- Track deliverables and ensure timelines are met
- Maintain creator data, campaign trackers, and reports
- Support creators in building long-term brand relationships
What We’re Looking For
- Strong interest in influencer marketing / creator economy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
- Basic understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and social media trends
- Prior internship / project experience in marketing is a plus (not mandatory)
