This is not a traditional assistant role.

It is an apprenticeship in leadership, strategy, and execution.

You will see how decisions are made, how priorities are managed, how products evolve, and how teams collaborate to build meaningful outcomes.

If you aspire to become a founder, product leader, or business operator in the future, this role will give you first-hand exposure to the realities of building and scaling a technology organization.

The position begins as an Internship with a clear path to Full-Time employment, based on ownership, consistency, and impact.

About The Founder’s Office

The Founder’s Office sits at the center of the organization — where strategy, execution, product thinking, and business operations intersect.

As an Executive Assistant – Founder’s Office, you will act as a trusted extension of the leadership team.

You will work closely with the CEO and CTO, supporting critical initiatives, researching ideas, helping structure priorities, and contributing to projects that influence how the company operates and grows.

What You’ll Do

Founder’s Office & Leadership Support

• Support the CEO and CTO in managing priorities, communication, and leadership workflows
• Coordinate meetings, agendas, and action items across teams
• Handle sensitive information with a high level of professionalism and discretion
• Help maintain clarity across multiple initiatives and moving priorities

Business, Marketing & Strategic Exposure

• Work closely with business and marketing teams on presentations, proposals, and strategic documents
• Assist in preparing leadership decks, internal communications, and client-facing materials
• Participate in planning discussions and help track execution progress

Research, AI & Strategic Insights

• Explore emerging technologies including AI and automation tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Kimi, etc.)
• Identify practical ways these tools can improve workflows and productivity
• Research market trends, competitors, and product opportunities
• Convert complex information into clear, structured insights

Projects, Events & Execution

• Support founder-led initiatives, internal projects, and organizational programs
• Assist in planning and coordinating internal events or leadership activities
• Help streamline processes, documentation, and internal systems

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

• Suggest ideas to improve efficiency, collaboration, and decision-making
• Bring structured thinking and curiosity into everyday work
