About the job
1. Technical Audits: Conduct regular and comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues related to crawlability, indexability, site speed, and website architecture.
2. Crawl & Index Optimization: Monitor and optimize crawl budgets, manage XML sitemaps, robots.txt files, canonical tags, and oversee redirect strategies, including 301, 302, and 404 management.
3. Core Web Vitals & Performance: Collaborate with front-end developers to improve site speed, Core Web Vitals (LCP, FID/INP, CLS), and overall mobile responsiveness.
4. Structured Data Implementation: Define and implement advanced Schema markup (JSON-LD) to improve rich snippet visibility in search engine results pages (SERPs).
5. Site Architecture & Internal Linking: Optimize website hierarchy, URL structures, and internal linking frameworks to distribute link equity effectively.
6. Log File Analysis: Analyze server log files to understand search engine bot behavior and identify crawling inefficiencies.
7. International & JavaScript SEO: Manage multilingual and multi-regional SEO setups using hreflang tags and troubleshoot rendering challenges associated with JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, and Vue.
8. Reporting & Monitoring: Track, analyze, and report on organic performance, crawl errors, and indexation status using tools like Google Search Console and analytics platforms.
Additional Note:
If the website relies heavily on modern frameworks like React or Next.js, highlighting JavaScript SEO as a core requirement is strongly recommended.

Skills & Qualifications:
1. Deep Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, crawling mechanisms, rendering processes, and indexation logic.
2. SEO Tool Proficiency: Hands-on expertise with tools such as Screaming Frog, DeepCrawl (Lumar), Botify, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics 4.
3. Web Development Basics: Proficiency in HTML and CSS, along with a strong understanding of how JavaScript impacts SEO performance.
4. Data & Analytics Skills: Ability to work with large datasets using Excel, Google Sheets, or SQL to derive actionable SEO insights.
5. Problem-Solving & Collaboration: Strong analytical and communication skills to diagnose backend SEO issues and collaborate effectively with developers and cross-functional teams.
6. CMS Familiarity: Experience working with Content Management Systems such as WordPress, Shopify, Magento, and headless CMS configurations.
Experience
1. Minimum 2+ years of experience specifically in Technical SEO or a combined background in Web Development and SEO.
2. Proven experience managing website migrations (domain or CMS), resolving critical indexing issues, and optimizing large-scale websites with 10,000+ pages.
