1. Sales and lead generation: Initiating calls to potential players to promote the league and its advantages to play, often following a script to ensure consistent messaging.
2. Lead follow-up: Following up on inquiries and nurturing leads.
3. Data management: Updating and maintaining accurate records of player interactions in a CRM system.
4. Handling query-related calls or addressing them.
