About the job
1. Organizing and monitoring the storage and distribution of goods across multiple warehouses
2. Planning and managing logistics, warehousing, transportation, and customer service operations
3. Directing, optimizing, and coordinating the complete order cycle
4. Liaising and negotiating with customers, transporters, and other relevant parties
5. Working responsibly to manage the overall supply chain operations
6. Acting as a liaison between the client and the onsite warehouse team to ensure smooth operations
7. Providing timely support and solutions to client queries and requests
8. Coordinating daily activities and updates with internal teams and stakeholders
9. Assisting with documentation and reporting related to warehousing functions
10. Maintaining high standards of communication and professionalism in all interactions
Skill(s) required
Other requirements
1. Soft skills and excellent communication
2. Knowledge of logistics and the warehousing industry
3. MS Excel & MS Word professional level
4. Laptop mandatory
5. Language skills: Hindi (Mandatory) & English (Other languages would be an added advantage)
6. Qualification: MBA or related degree in logistics or supply chain
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 – 3,60,000 /year
