About the job
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven E-commerce Executive to join our growing team. This role involves managing and optimizing day-to-day operations across online sales channels and contributing to the overall digital growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Platform Management:
1. Manage and update product listings, descriptions, images, and digital content across e-commerce platforms (website and marketplaces)
2. Ensure accurate pricing, inventory levels, and product availability
3. Monitor website functionality and user experience, and troubleshoot issues
4. Implement new features or platform updates as required
2. Sales & Marketing:
1. Develop and implement strategies to drive traffic, improve conversion rates, and achieve sales targets
2. Execute and track digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, email, social media)
3. Plan and implement promotional campaigns, discounts, and offers
4. Conduct market research and competitor analysis
3. Order Fulfilment & Customer Service:
1. Oversee order processing, fulfilment, and shipping logistics
2. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (warehouses, logistics)
3. Monitor order accuracy and resolve fulfilment or delivery issues
4. Support customer query resolution, complaints, and returns
4. Data Analysis & Reporting:
1. Track and analyze key e-commerce KPIs (conversion rate, AOV, traffic, CAC, CLV)
2. Generate performance reports and actionable insights
3. Use tools like Google Analytics to understand customer behaviour
5. Content Optimization:
1. Optimize product and website content for SEO
2. Ensure content is current, relevant, and engaging
6. Collaboration:
1. Work with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, IT, design, customer service)
2. Stay updated on industry trends and e-commerce best practices

Other requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
2. 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online sales
3. Strong understanding of platforms like Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
4. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
7. Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
8. Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
9. Proactive and results-oriented mindset
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,60,000 – 3,00,000 /year
