Content Moderator

Role & responsibilities

• Excellent communication skills in English as well as good proficiency in any of the foreign languages ( Spanish, Portuguese, Russian)
• Proactive and positive approach to tasks.
• Emotionally strong in nature, should be able to withstand inappropriate content with maturity and professionalism.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Adult content detection, Fraud content related to Spam and Phishing mails.
• Should be comfortable with sensitive content and latest advertisement trends.
• Experience using internet websites and social communication tools.
• Should be able to follow policies & procedures diligently as prescribed by the business related content moderation.

Preferred candidate profile

• Must be able to read & write fluently in any one foreign language.
• Should be flexible to work in Rotational shifts (Including night shifts)
• Need immediate joiners only
• Working days- 5 Days a week with 2 days of rotational week off.
• Qualification- Graduation (should have all documents, PC & CMM Mandatory)
