About the job
1. Conduct (deliver) scheduled product demos to prospective customers
2. Handle objections, answer queries, and showcase product value
3. Convert demos into sales/revenue (primary conversion owner)
4. Proactively make calls to set up own demos as needed
5. Maintain accurate CRM records and daily reporting
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
1. Number of demos delivered per week/month
2. Demo-to-sale conversion rate (%)
3. Revenue generated from demos
4. Number of self-sourced demos
5. CRM update accuracy

1. have minimum 1 years of experience
2. are from Bangalore only
Other requirements
1. 0–2 years sales experience (edtech, banking, consumer sales preferred)
2. Fluent in Kannada & English (must)
3. Strong demo/presentation skills, conversion focus, and accountability
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,02,000 – 4,25,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed pay: ₹ 3,00,000 /year
2. Variable pay: ₹ 2,000 /year
