Outreach Intern | Rojgaar Location: On-ground (Local Outreach) Duration: 3 Months (extendable) Stipend: ₹2,000 – ₹10,000 post 3 Months Schedule: Flexible (Daily outreach + periodic check-ins) About Rojgaar Rojgaar is a workforce-hiring platform helping businesses connect with skilled and verified workers quickly and efficiently. We are currently working on a large-scale hiring project for delivery personnel and are looking for Field Recruitment Interns to support outreach hiring and candidate coordination. 📌 Roles & Responsibilities As a Field Recruitment Intern, your primary focus will be outreach hiring and candidate data collection: – Conduct local outreach in your area to identify potential delivery candidates. – Collect and verify candidate data (name, contact number, location, availability, documents, etc.). – Build and maintain a structured candidate database using Excel/Google Sheets. – Connect with candidates through field visits, local references, shops, hubs, and nearby networks. – Explain job roles clearly and generate interest among delivery workers. – Perform initial screening based on eligibility criteria. – Coordinate and schedule interviews/onboarding calls with the hiring team. – Track candidate progress from lead to joining. – Follow up regularly to ensure maximum conversion and joining rates. – Share ground-level insights to improve hiring strategies. ✅ Skills Required – Strong communication skills (Local language mandatory; Hindi & English preferred). – Ability to confidently interact with people on-field. – Basic understanding of recruitment or hiring processes. – Good data collection and record management skills. – Familiarity with Excel / Google Sheets. – Strong follow-up and coordination ability. – Self-driven, responsible, and target-oriented. 🎁 Perks & Benefits – Earn ₹100 incentive for every successful onboarding of a delivery partner. – Hands-on experience in real-world recruitment & field hiring. – Certificate + Letter of Recommendation. – Performance-based PPO opportunity. – Exposure to startup operations & large-scale hiring projects. – Flexible work schedule.
