About the job
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage sales cycle from discovery to closure.
2. Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking.
3. Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and other outreach strategies.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to drive sales.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful sales materials and campaigns.
6. Track, analyze, and report on sales metrics to optimize performance and results.
7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to ensure a competitive edge in the market.
8. Able to achieve targets of 10L minimum per month

Annual CTC: ₹ 5,00,000 – 7,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed pay: ₹ 4,00,000 /year
2. Variable pay: ₹ 1,00,000 /year
